The IC Printer is a block used to bind a circuit schematic to an IC chip.

Usage
Right-click the IC Printer to open a GUI. Place a finished blueprint into the schematic slot, and an empty microchip in the chip slot. Before you can use the printer, you must supply it with the necessary resources, detailed in a box to the left of the schematic slot. The resources required should be equal to the amount of wires and logic gates that were drawn in the schematic. Once the printer is supplied with enough resources, it will embed the chip with the schematic and enable it to be used in the construction of customized logic gates.
