Usage
I/O
The Toggle Latch has 2 input and 2 outputs. When placed, on the ground, the left and right are inputs, while the front and back are outputs.
Logic
The Toggle latch has 2 sides of output. At any given time, one of these outputs are enabled while the other is disabled. When either input is pulsed, the state of the two outputs will swap. The lever on the gate indicates which output is enabled.
